This isn’t your typical Advanced Certified ScrumMaster course. Experience and research taught us that two or three-day workshops aren’t adequate for the depth of knowledge that people want at this level, to help their team become more effective. So Certified Scrum Trainer® Mark Levison has developed a six-week program that will lead you and your cohort group through:
- weekly learning sessions (roughly 90-120 minutes each), coupled with
- invaluable coaching sessions (additional 60 minutes each week) to help you put your new skills and understanding into practice, and
- a manageable amount (roughly an hour) of weekly homework that gets tailored to you as an individual, and focuses on the challenges you’re facing.
All of this will meet and exceed the ScrumAlliance Learning Objectives for Advanced Certified ScrumMaster training.
Plus, at the end of the workshop, you will continue to have monthly coaching calls with Mark, where you work together to tackle any problems you come up against.
Registration includes the cost of certification and two years of Scrum Alliance membership. It also provides ongoing access to all course material and support resources, including ongoing coaching sessions and support forum.
• You’re already a Certified ScrumMaster
• You have at least 12 months of experience as a ScrumMaster in the last five years
• You demonstrate understanding of the Advanced ScrumMaster course material
Join our next Cohort Session which begins: Wednesday September 14, 2022 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time
Learning session schedule:
— September 14, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
— September 21, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
— September 28, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
— October 5, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
— October 12, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
— October 19, 2022 at 3:00 pm EDT
Learning sessions will be recorded so you can watch them a second time to take deeper notes. So if you miss one session, you will be able to make it up. The Coaching session schedule will be determined by the group at the start of the program. NOTE: We will not be recording the coaching sessions, to allow for psychological safety and candid discussion.
You will need an internet connection and computer system that can handle video conferencing (currently Zoom) and multiple applications at once (currently Mural and Google Docs), a webcam, a microphone (your computer mic is fine), and a browser that is *not* I.E. Browsers such as Chrome (and Chrome-based browsers)/Firefox/Safari should be fine. If your company firewall will not allow access to any of those applications, you will need to make arrangements for access to a system that can (e.g. personal computer and network), because certification will not be possible without your active participation using those tools.
