Business Value of Agile

Audience

Suitable for executive, directors, and managers that are in charge of projects and wish to bring some timeliness, value, and quality to the deliverables.

Objectives

This short presentation talks about the value that Agile can bring to a project. While it does touch upon the Agile methods the primary focus is on business value. The presentation is purposefully short in order to allow the session to be interactive.
