Agile Primer
Audience
Suitable for those in the organization that work or interact with Agile teams and are not necessarily requiring Agile in their day to day functions.
Objectives
This course teaches the fundamentals of Agile practices with the focus on understanding how an Agile team will be conducting its work. While the course outline is very similar to the two-day Agile Training course there is less emphasis on the engineering practices and more emphasis on the types of interactions, ways of working, and outputs that you may see when working with Agile teams.
