Similar to the Agile Training course, the Agile Primer course focuses on the key Agile and XP concepts. This course is suitable for individuals learning Agile that are working on a team using Agile techniques.This course is also suitable for other individuals and teams the interact with Agile teams but do not use Agile techniques for their day to day work.
Executive Introduction to Agile – 1 day
The Executive Introduction to Agile course is meant to help managers and executives understand the key concepts of Agile, focusing on how Agile can be integrated with the rest of the business. More depth is given to topics of interest to managers and executives are covered, including: organization considerations, introducing Agile to the business, and considerations for ICT policies and governance.
