A few weeks ago I need to capture the output of a program in the form of a PDF. A few minutes googling led me to PDF Creator (hosted at SourceForge). The worst parts of the license agreement are below:
Beware of Quechup.com
A form of social spam masquerading as a dating site has popped onto the internet
recently. Apparently it promises to be facebook for dating. However when you sign it asks for your gmail address and password. Ostensibly it does this to find which of your friends have joined already. In addition to what it promises it spams everyone you’ve ever emailed (including mailing lists). As a result several very respectable people have had to spend apologies to alot of friends and mailing lists.
Beware Quechup is spam.

Magnatune. What an amazing record label…
Magnatune. What an amazing record label, you listen to the music (as m3u streams). If you like the album – you decide how much to pay for it (from $US 5 – 18). Half the money to the artist and half to Magnatune. In addition they have a great tagline "We’re a record label. But we’re not evil." Cool. Found via Tim Bray and Jon Udell – within minutes of each other.
