I always look forward to reading Mark's newsletter emails on software development techniques since they are always filled with valuable and practical information. In particular, a recent note titled "Qualities of Good Unit Tests" was of particular value to me since it came at an opportune time. We are working our way though test-driven development (TDD) training so I’m thinking about unit tests more than usual. This technical note really helped me understand not only how it’s recommended to write test code, but why doing it that way is valuable. With his help, TDD is really changing the way that I write code. And, it sure feels good to learn something new!!
