Approach

We focus on giving you the best possible return on investment. Through the initial meetings we will assess your highest priority areas of concern. Looking at the whole, we will put together a plan to determine how we can best help you. We set clear success goals for our engagement, which through regular collaboration, we adjust to meet your needs.

We provide many services to help you become Agile. While Agile is the primary focus of our services we have many years of experience running all sizes of software projects from the very small to the very large. We understand what it takes for teams to collaborate to create to best possible solution. We also have very deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and of how to implement best practices around that lifecycle in the context of your organization with your goals and constraints in mind.

While we are passionate about the work we do, we are also pragmatic about ensuring that the services that we deliver fit with your organization and your goals. The relationship that we build with you is of utmost importance.

Ellen helps teams make better software through coaching them to create the circumstances in which they can work most productively and effectively. Her Agile coaching practice is founded in over 10 years experience leading software testing, development and implementation teams in global enterprises, a passion for exploratory software testing and user-centered design, and a background in community organization.
